Our responsibility is too great to do anything less. Arcturus Mengsk: We will do whatever it takes to save humanity. Just promise me we'll never do anything like this again. But you can't let your past cloud your judgement. Arcturus Mengsk: I know you have personal feelings about this. I just don't think anyone deserves to have the zerg unleashed on them. Sarah Kerrigan: I'm having doubts about this, Arcturus. If you decide to accept our help, you'll be branded as an outlaw too. That's why they spread their lies and misinformation. You know, of course, that my organization operates outside the bounds of Confederate law. I'd like to help you out by sending down a number of transports to your colony and evacuating any survivors.
